This is a gratifying career that pays exponentially if you follow our model and do suitable activities! The top new agents can consistently close between 24 and 75 homes in their first full calendar year on the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and escrow companies
• Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements, and leases
• Compile lists of real estate properties with details regarding their location, square footage, and features
• Promote the sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services, and advertisements
• Utilize a team of mortgage lenders, contractors, and escrow to whom you can refer clients
• Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients

• Two-year active real estate license
• Must have an active Arizona real estate license.
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
